The DOJ and FBI released a July 7, 2025 memo concluding there was no Epstein “client list”
Evidence
- Per the NYT, on July 7, 2025 the Department of Justice and FBI released an unsigned ~1.5-page memo: after reviewing 300+ GB of evidence they found no client list and reaffirmed Jeffrey Epstein’s 2019 death was a suicide, with no further release or investigation of third parties warranted. — Source: NYT, Haberman & Swan, June 10 2026
- It was accompanied by ~11 hours of jail video meant to show suicide; the footage was missing a minute (timestamp jump 11:58:58 p.m. → midnight), which fueled cover-up suspicion. — Source: same

Counter-evidence
The memo is real and quoted by the NYT. The missing minute was later attributed to a nightly system reset and the footage restored. Whether “no client list” is the complete picture remains contested by part of the MAGA base.
